Ilir has over twenty years’ experience in project manager positions in development aid, mostly in private sector development, specialized in quality, and business and management advisory services in the private sector, in IT sector development and start-up support promotion and innovation as well in the manufacturing sectors.
Held senior positions and has long experience in project management and consultancy on organizational management and development, strategic planning, and institutional capacity building in private sector, government institutions and different international and local non-governmental organizations, especially in the development sector in designing development aid, with a focus on development programs for private sector.
