He has 29 years of experience in the Customs Administration, performing various functions, Chief of Intersectoral Cooperation Unit, Head of Training Unit, Advisor to the Director and Assistant Director of the Department for Customs System. Zlatko has an extensive knowledge of the customs and customs tariffs of the EU, the World Customs Organization (WCO) and the World Trade Organization (WTO).
