Svetlana is the founder of Pixyle.ai, a B2B SaaS startup, offering a visual API for analyzing fashion items in images, that helps e-commerce platforms improve their conversion, sales, and engagement. Svetlana is also a part-time assistant professor at the University Goce Delcev, Shtip. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam. During her Ph.D., she was part of a project that won best video search results on the prestige NIST TrecVID benchmark in the USA, that was later acquired by Qualcomm. For one chapter of her Ph.D. research, Svetlana received the best paper award at the International Conference on Multimedia Retrieval in New York, 2016. Her startup Pixyle was part of the Rockstart Artificial Intelligence program, chosen from over 800 other startups from around the world.
