Basically, e-commerce is the future of business. It’s a great pleasure to be a part of this great, great conference in Skopje – and thank you to the Association for inviting me.

The Regional eCommerce Conference, organized by the Macedonian eCommerce Association, faces a formidable challenge: surpassing its own high standards. This event not only facilitated excellent networking opportunities across Southeast Europe but also fostered connections with e-commerce professionals and service providers from all over Europe, resulting in outstanding partnerships. The program stands out for its freshness and originality, blending a relaxed atmosphere with serious, high-quality content.

The sessions included in the agenda offered concrete examples that attendees could immediately apply to their businesses, providing invaluable insights. Coupled with the well-thought-out aesthetics and attention to detail by the Macedonian team, this conference can stand back to back to global eCommerce conferences and unquestionably sets the highest standard for regional events in terms of quality and outcomes.

The conference was 5 out of 5. Honestly speaking, this was one of the best managed and organized conferences that I’ve been and for the last 6 yeas that I’ve been with Viber, I’ve been to many conferences, trust me. I would describe it as perfectly organized, very friendly, successful.

I definitely plan to come, whenever the next conference is. First of all, because of the audience. I think that people here are very relevant to what we offer and a lot of our partners are already here. I reconnected with them and I believe that there is going to be a lot of things that we can show during the next conference.

Congratulations to the organisers. Great job of putting everything together and bringing people that are looking forward to find the best practices, but also presenting their situation: what are their current circumstances and how to take their business to the newt level.

Here, I actually do see value. I sit there, I come out from every panel, every presentation actually learning something, which is great.

There is a good balance of retailers, agencies, manufacturers, banks – all bunch of different industry. I would say the quality of the conversations and the topics were very well selected, and you can see that and feel that in the energy of the audience.
