Throughout her career, she has contributed to significant mergers, including the formation of A1, and currently, she is a part of a team managing over 1 million subscribers in Macedonia. Her team’s focus is on implementing a personalized approach to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement by delivering relevant and reliable services, all while striving to build an exceptional customer experience
