The main focus of his work is the automation of e-commerce and increasing user interactions through the digital channels of A1 Macedonia. Within the other activities related to the digital transformation of A1, Ivo has a special contribution in the automation of marketing activities, the introduction of the first virtual store and the creation of digital tools to support customers.
